SHIPPING INFO

Domestic Orders (within Australia)

  • Standard: Free (5-7 business days)
  • Express: $10 AUD (2-4 business days)

International Orders (outside Australia)

  • Standard: $10 AUD (10-15 business days)
  • Express: $20 AUD (7-12 business days)

Customers are issued an email from Australia Post providing a parcel tracking number and tracking information within 1-2 business days of placing an order.

If you are importing your order from outside of Australia, CHEATR is not responsible for covering duties or import tax costs.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

All CHEATR products are returnable for an online store credit in the form of a digital gift card, with the exception of sale items and hats. Items must be in their original, sellable condition: unworn and unwashed with all original packaging included. Store credits do not include any original shipping fees. If you have received the wrong product and/or a defective product, please contact us at info@cheatr.com.au.

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Returns/exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of order delivery. Our instructions include:

  1. Contact us at info@cheatr.com.au to present your issue for a return.
  2. Once approved, the customer will need to carefully repack the ordered item(s) and return to our exchanges information provided via email. Item(s) must be unworn and unwashed with all original packaging included. Return shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
  3. Once received and approved, a store credit in the form of a digital gift card will be issued to the customer's email within 2-3 business days.

All information provided to CHEATR is kept strictly private and confidential. In accordance with data protection laws, we handle your name, address and email with the utmost care and do not share your details with anyone outside of CHEATR.

Does CHEATR restock items?

No, we do not tend to restock items.

Where can I find my tracking number?

A tracking number will be issued via email from Australia Post to customers 1-2 business days after placing an order.

My order has gone missing?

Please contact Australia Post and provide them with your tracking number before contacting CHEATR. If you are not satisfied with their assistance, please contact us.

My item doesn't fit and I want to exchange for another size.
